WHAT IS YUZU?
Yuzu is a traditional Japanese citrus fruit resembling a small, bumpy orange. Much like lemons and limes, yuzu is usually not eaten on its own but used to enhance dishes.
WHAT DOES YUZU SMELL LIKE?
The yuzu's flavor is tart and fragrant, closely resembling that of the grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange. It's slightly sweet and slightly tart.
Extremely aromatic yuzu's popularity in fragrance has grown. Evoking summer, the sun-ripened aromas of yuzu can be blended with floral aromatics for a light floral spin or drenched in sugar to bring out the sweet aroma.
