Directions: Trim your wick approximately 1/4 inch before using. When lighting the candle for the first time, burn until the wax melts across the entire surface to the sides of the glass. Please note it may take 3-4 hours to achieve a full wax pool.

Candle Safety:

-Store your candle in a cool, dark and dry place.

-Use for a maximum of 4 hours for each use. 

-Always use a heat resistant surface under the candle.

-Never leave a burning candle on or near anything that can catch fire such as furniture, drapes, books, paper, or other flammable material.

-Never leave candle unattended especially around children, pets and drafts.

-Allow the candle to fully cool before handling. 

-When the wax level is 1/4 inch, please discontinue use. Failure to do so, can be dangerous resulting in shattered glass from the overheated container.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and shipping is 3-5 business days.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and box size. The amount will be applied at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $75. 

If the order is 'returned to the sender' for missing address information, you will be charged shipping for the new order. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Used items are non-returnable.

Due to the nature of the items custom zip code candles, body butter and items in our sale category are not eligible for return, refunds or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please mail your product and receipt of purchase to 4705 Lucerne Lakes Blvd. E., Lake Worth, FL 33467. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
